The filters came packaged in a good fitting cardboard box. And the filters were each individually wrapped and sealed, as they should be. Overall no issues. This is a decent quality filter we have used before. Just make sure it is not too strong for your HVAC system and allows sufficient airflow. These filters are a good brand, however they’re pretty expensive. Subtracting one star for the cost.

Used in my newly purchased older home and in less than a month this is the outcome.(See photo) The air quality has improved. The pet danger is next to nothing. I highly recommend

So every couple times a year you need to order new air filters. I ordered these before and simply just clicked re-order from my last order. Then they arrived and I realized when I really ordered the manufacture description actually changed and they’re the wrong size. They are indeed sadly had to return them when I was desperate to use them. I requested a refund from the manufacture right away and hope they well honor a full return refund including shipping. When they Change an item, they should create a new item code so people don’t actually get the wrong one with a re-order. Other brands I’ve continued to order for a decade with that simple touch free order button, but this one be aware sizes may change.

I was excited when I received my 14X20X1 6/pk filters. Disappointed because the size was off and made it extremely difficult to fit in place. I have to force bend them into place.
