Order incomplete, I only received a frame no filters.

I ordered these air filters because I could not get them locally. They work as they should. Will continue to use them. Initially I had little trouble to set in frame but finally fix it.

The description of this product should by1 filter holder with 6 inserts not a 6 pack. Had to return and ended up paying for what should have been a free return. Not happy.

This is the first time I have ordered these filters. When the package arrived I said “I know I ordered more than one filter”. I did read the description but apparently I did not pay attention. The sturdy outside plastic of the filter is meant to be used more than once (DUH). Remember I did not pay attention to the description. I really like the idea of just changing the inside paper filter out and keeping the plastic outside to use more than once. It keeps me from filling up my trash container in my house. Remove, crumble it up, and toss. I love it. Time will tell if they do their job. I will let you know.
