We had an odd sized furnace filter and also have mild allergies to cats (of which we have 2). The Nordic Pure with a Merv 13 rating reduced the dander and dust and our usage of allergy meds

Glad to find a 4″ deep MERV 13 filter that fit my furnace. This has a lower air pressure drop and better filtration efficiency than the standard 1″ deep MERV 13 filter, so it gives the same or better air quality but puts less strain on the fan, and lasts longer. Highly recommended if you can make it fit in your furnace or AC fan coil unit.
