Be warned! This filter is not a true/full 25×20″ size. It is around 1/2″ short in both dimensions. At best it is 24.5″x19.5″. This may conform more to what is called a SLIM-LINE system at the stated size, but unfortunately if you have a true 25×20 system this filter is too small and leaves gaps around at least one edge andyou can hear the air rushing past. Without the proper seal, the filter will be completely useless, over-engineered junk. This is particularly frustrating because they never mention the true size in the pictures or listing.If you have a SLIM-LINE system, the product looks like it is built to last. If you don’t though, you’ll be waiting a long time for delivery only to be disappointed.

I see filters at the store now & I can smile because I have this filter and do not have to keep buying those filters! It came with 3 covers too so can always have a clean cover on while washing the other! Air is much better in my home.

It came assembled, I thought I was going to have to put it together. It is much sturdier than I thought it would be. The filter bags are good quality! Mine included three filter bags, two of which zipper around the inner frame. Very happy with this purchase
